Everytime i try to restore my device i get unknown error minus 1, i didnt have a JB but i happened to be the few that got the baseband error, i also have a replaced screen and home button, but will apple still replace my phone?

You will probably have to ask another company to have a look at the problem or fix it. Or you can put the original homebutton on if you can.

Either find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new phone.

Well it might be a hardware problem so I'm not sure if that will help.

If you put the original screen and homebutton on you can try your luck.
They would happily look at the phone they originally manufactured. Unfortunately, what you have is no longer the phone they originally manufactured.
There are no legitimate sources for iPhone parts. You voided your warranty the second you opened it up. They will know it has been opened, even if you try to replace the original parts, but they may offer you an out of warranty replacement if you do.
