No way of reserving iPhone5 on Apple website as the submit button doesnt work!?!

When you go in store they say they are out of stock of Sim Free iPhone5s and to reserve online (9am-5pm) but the form online must have a broken link as "submit" link at the bottom does not do anything how am I meant to get an iPhone5?

Ive been to all the London stores with no luck! 😟
