Hi everyone,


We are having terrible trouble getting our new Kyocera printer to work. It's connected over tcp/ip and all machines can see it. The driver is the latest version available. Trying to print a 10 page 1.9mb file takes over 1hr!!!!!


I have sent a technical support request to Kyocera but they do not respond!


We have a few days left before we simply return the printer as faulty, any help would be great
