I am not receiving sound with my facebook push notifications. I have installed the latest version of facebook which is 5.2.1 and am running on Virgin Mobile. All of my facebook notification settings are "on" including alerts, badge app icon, sound and view in lock screen. Is this a bug or do I have my settings incorrect? I have no trouble with sound notifications from text message or email.

Sorry for posting this ^^^ I just saw the other threads stating this is a common issue and is facebook's responsibility. I will report the issue to facebook.
Ok so apparently they FIXED it!!
-Go to the facebook app on phone
-Go to Account Settings
-Go to Notifications
-Go to Mobile Push
-Look at the top of the screen and it said "Sound for push notifications"
-Edit it to ON for all notifications
🙂 They fixed it I now receive sounds for notifications!!!!!
