When you set it up choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). If you already set it up, go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content & Settings, then go back through the setup screens and when given the option choose to Restore from ICloud Backup. Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.
