Its been crazy since I got this Apple Macbook.
I even don not know where can I type words in Macbook?
Does Mac has MS's word in it or has to get one?
Can someone please help me out.

Find TextEit.app in the Applications folder. It is basic no frills word processing. You must purchase a better program if you wish.

I like Apple's Pages from iWork. The wife uses Office 2004 for Mac for her college classes.
Many here use the free Open Office.
