My puchased apps wont download on itunes or any of my apple products. On itunes it says unknown error 11111. Only some purchased apps are downloading. For an example it tryed downloading call of duty black ops: zombies. I get the error. Then i tried downloading temple run and it worked. I have the latest itunes. I have an ipod touch 5g 32gb, ipod touch 4g, 32 gb, IPad 2 16 Gb. I have the same problem on all three devices.

    This problem is happening to me too. I can't install apps that I have already purchased but I can get apps I haven't purchased yet. This is very frustrating.

    It nearly kill me since i erease all the data. now i can't get my apps back.

    Yeah..me too.

    There're no problem for installing new purchases.

    But it always fail to install purchased apps. So annoying.

    Yeah I can only get new apps, not installed ones. Started happening on Saturday the 17th. Wonder whats wrong.

    I think is a problem with AppleID... I have just reinstalled iTunes but nothing ocurrs.

    Add one more disgruntled user to the list.  First noticed that I couldn't download upgrades on my iPhone.  It would prompt for password as normal, would briefly show "waiting" on the app icon and then just stops with app store still showing update.  True deleting the app and installing from iTunes.  This worked, but iTunes library had old version of app so it still showed an upgrade.  I then deleted the app from the phone and iTunes and that is when I started getting the 11111 error.  I've since discovered that I can download any new content to any of my linked iDevices, but cannot download any type of previously purchased content.  No previously purchased music not on device, no previously purchased uninstalled apps, no installed app upgrades, etc.  ALL show up in purchased content lists, but when you attemp to download it appears to be starting and then simply fails with no errors on the iDevice(s).  I've also tried signing out of my account in settings - store, performing a hard reset and then signing back in, but alas, no success.

     

    C'mon Apple, obviously a problem that is happening to numerous users and it started happening to us all at the exact same time.  You got us iAddicted, now give us our iFix.

    I have the same problem. About 5 days I can't update my apps. Yesterday I erased all content and settings - now my iPad 3 (iOS 6) became iUselessDevice. I guess something wrong with Apple ID.

     

    I hope Apple will find any solution soon.

    I'm in the same boat as everyone else here.

     

    No updates from iTunes (error 11111)

    No updates from iPhone 4s or iPad 2 (the empty update bar appears on the app's icon and then disappears immediately)

    No updates from App Store on my Mac (error "MZCommerce.JmsSendError_message")

     

    Apple phone support is too busy here in Italy and there's a standard "call later" message, and they've not yet replied to a couple of email, one to the US support team and one to the Italian support team. My feeling is that they're overwhelmed by this major bug in the e-commerce system.
