iOS 6.1 Beta 2 (iPhone 4S) FaceTime missing?

Can anyone confirm this. After upgrading to ios 6.1 beta 2, I don't see any way to make a FaceTime call from my iPhone 4S. Earlier there used to be a FaceTime button under contacts. Don't see any such button or dedicated FaceTime icon.

Can anyone suggest solution?

Because every developer signed an NDA. And if your're developer you should have access to the confidential fourm.
