Purchased an app by mistake, try to delete when it was downloading, didn't succeed and was charged for the purchase. Is there a way I can get refunded by this error that I committed

Purchased an app by mistake, try to delete when I was downloading, didn't succeed lost app and was charged. Is there any way to refunded for this app or am I out of luck for pulling a bonehead move.thanks

You get charged the second you click "buy".


iTunes Customer Service Contact - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html > Get iTunes support via Express Lane > iTunes > iTunes Store - Apple states all sales are final, but you can always ask nicely.
