Q: More than one account?

Hello! I live in Estonia and I have friends in Russia and US. If they gift me something I can't activate gift in Estonian store. So I need two more acounts?

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

So if I use valid billing adress and check none payment method i can use two accounts? First one is mine and the second one to use gifted apps or music from my friends?
