Q: Why is my Ipod touch 3gb not downloading my vidoes from my imac?

I'm trying to download my videos to my Ipod 3gen from my laptop but why is my Ipod saying that it can't download them? It also says that I can find out ion iTunes but it never adressed it. Any help?
