'Dual Mono' across the whole timeline

I have 25 minute sequence (project) with lots of different clips.

How can I set the Channel Configuration to Dual Mono across ALL the clips? Instead of doing it one by one? Is it possible?

Select all the clips and change them in the audio inspector.

Taking this a step further, is it possible to set the project itself to dual mono and/or export the project with dual mono tracks instead of LT/RT tracks? The only options I get in the project properties box are stereo and surround.
