We only know what you know by looking on the iTunes page. It says November. Last month it said October.

I have ipad mini and i need itunes 11 :(

No device is going to require a version of iTunes that has not yet been released. Your mini does require iTunes 10.7.

Okay valid observation, but many have also pointed out they can still sync with iTunes 10.7

The iPad mini works fine with iTunes 10.7.

How do you think people are now syncing their iPad minis with iTunes if it requires iTunes 11 and it is not yet released?
