download contact addresses for labels?

How do I download contact addresses for Christmas labels? Is there a way to just select certain ones? Thanks!

MacBook Pro, iOS 6.0.1

Using Contacts you can create a new Group (call it Christmas List or something) and then export those contacts and use them as you wish - for a mailing list, etc.

Okay figured out how to export but it is a vcf file so will work on that...thanks!

How is the vcard format converted to a Word or Excel file?

A vcard format is seemingly only useful to move the contacts to another address book.
