Personal Hotspot on iPhone 5
I bought an iPhone 5, I didn't have Personal Hotspot to start with, and after updating it, I still can not find it! Please help!
iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8), System Preferences

I've tried app of it, but it didn't work
Here is how to get to the personal hotspot, but please consider your carrier may not offer it and charges may apply-
>Settings
>General
>Cellular
>It should be directly under the roaming setting
