Imessage help

my friend and i use this app every single day. today during a conversation the messages stopped sending. we both checked our wifi connection. it worked fine so we tried clearing out our converstaion which normally fixes the problem. now it shows that no oneis registered on our devices and we are completely unable to send messages! Help! Please!
