Q: I am not sure why but when i try to play any films i have bought on itunes it pops up a warning saying i must have quick time , but when i try to download it something happens and near the end of downloading it stops?

I eventually managed to find it after many tried and failed attempts ! Now i have another problem ... I have purchased audiobooks that don't come up in purcheses but when i try to purchase them again it does say you have purchased this item do you want to purchase it again ? obviously not? how can i retrive them weez-@live.co.uk

nothing happens at the end of downloading it just says its downloading then stops? I have fixed it! it was just finding a version of quicktime suitable for my laptop? thank yoo for trying to help x
