My face time is not working it won't recognise my Id or my password

I have the same issue and everything is present and correct.

I suspect the servers are overloaded .... CHRISTMAS and all....

And if I see another message from Texas Mac man ....with no help but for links we've tried,

I'll have to crack another bottle of wine open and watch the fireplace channel on TV....at least that is more helpful.
