Mobipanel Virus?

A Mobipanel ad pops up and redirects me to their website shady website with a java script pop up. this has just recently been happening. Even on non-shady websites I get redirected their, any suggestions? This happens on google chrome as well. I have deleted cookies and website data, FYI
