Why don't all my purchased books sync to my library from my ipad?
Why don't all my purchased books sync to my library from my ipad? Only some of them moved into my library. My music synched no problem.

Do they not copy over from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases ? That should copy all books from the iBooks app (including non-purchases such as epubs and PDFs).
