Big problem wile updating Iphone 4 ¿Anyone can PLEEEEESE HELP?

I downloaded first the last version of software (recommended by ITunes) for my IPhone 4.

Once the full software was downloaded I contacted the IPhone to my windows computer and asked ITunes to update the system.

ITunes send a mistake error at the end of the Update and the screen of the iPhone just turned as the one I’m sending on the image.

Now the phone does not restart and ITunes does not recognize the phone, It is simply stuck on this mode.

Can someone help?

I need to start working tomorrow and basically I depend on this phone.

I just fallowed iTunes recommendation but turned to be a horrible dead end.
