I recently upgraded to the iOS 6 on my iPhone 4 and my iMessage and FaceTime was working now yesterday it stopped and still is not working I've tried everything that people are suggesting and everything I thought of and still doesnt work. HELP

Update: iMessage worked for a day and is not working again. This is getting old... it says I am activated and ready to use iMessage but it just wont work and my friend has her iMessage working and on too...
