Panasonic GH3 files?
I intend to buy the new Panasonic Lumix GH3 camera. Will Apperture support this camera's RAW files?

Only Apple will be able to tell you that - this is a user to user forum, and we are not allowed to speculate. Have a look at the list of cameras, that are currently supported:
Apple - Aperture - Technical Specifications - RAW Support
That will give you an idea, if the camera that you are planning to buy is a successor model of a supported camera. Not all Lumix cameras are supported, but then the software that comes with the camera will be able to process the raw.
