arabic font shows after tiger upgrade

I recently upgraded my PBG4 to tiger and now when i open safari, the Apple home page comes up with funny aribic fonts and i was just in ebay and the font was the same there too.

Does anyone know how i can fix this.

I tried in preferences already but no luck yet!
