Iphone 3 g 16 g

Hello!i have iphone 3g 16 g and when i want to install an app from appstore it requires ios 4.3. Mine is updated at 4.2.1 and i can t update to 4.3 because my divice has the latest update.what can i do to update at 4.3 to install apps?thanks
