My cut (command x) function is not working if i want to cut some files on the MacHD to another folder. Also the same problem occurs when i want to cut and paste files from external storage device to internal and vis-a-versa.

This is normal in Finder and it is not meant to be working.

is there a reason, because its really annoying to "copy" files from the downloads section then have to go back and delete them..whats the faster way to move files around then? Ive resorted to adobe bridge because its far more comprehensive.
