I just purchased Logic Pro from the App Store, which installed version 9.1.8.

So when I chose to "Download Additional Content…" I downloaded everything and can see the packages inside:

During the download I get several messages saying that the download failed, but then it just continues to download. When all the downloads were completed the installation process started which ran for almost a day before I canceled it. I was seeing a very tall dialog with alot of "installing" rows, but nothing seemed to be going on as my CPU & disk activity was almost none.

So I tried to manually install the packages using Pacifist, and the result can be seen in the screenshot. Some packages were installed manyally with Pacifist, while some could only partially be installed as I got many error dialogs saying that files were missing.

Has anybody encountered something similar and managed to solve it?
