How can I get Final Cut Pro to bypass my Sound Toys Plug-Ins upon opening?

How can I get Final Cut Pro to bypass my Sound Toys Plug-Ins upon opening? Since I don't use the iLok when using FCP - it always asks for authorization or to quit the plug in - so obviously I have to quit the plug in, but there are like 9 windows that I have to quit out of before I can get going in FCP. It's kind of a pain in the you know.
