Why can't I download my music from the cloud. I try and it just says I can't connect or gives an Error No 12004 or the connection was lost but I can download Apps and my email connection works fine, I have reset my router, can you think of anything else I can do. I have a lot of music on the cloud and I don't want to stand and reinstall it to my hard drive, its not what I paid for.

iCloud doesn't store music. Are you talking about re-downloading music from the music store? Or is this about iTunes Match? If the latter, try posting in the iTunes Match forum, you'll probably find more knowledgeable folks there.

Thanks Pvonk I mean redownlading from Itunes match. I was fustrated at the time and just not thinking straight, I will have a look at the link thanks
