I accidently bounced an email from someone I want to keep getting emails from. Do I need to do an 'unbounce' if that's possible?

I accidently bounced an email from someone I want to kjeep getting email from. Do I have to do anything or is the bounce just for the 'one' email itself not for the sender entirely?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Hello, as far as I know it's for just one eMail.

But truth be told, all that Bounce really does is let spammers know they reached a real eMail addy.

Of course, if it's say a legit biz, then they may quit sending, if an individual ask them to send again to test.
