Can I re-install iMovie on a MacBook Air?

I have a brand new MacBook Air (Nov 2012) with OSX 10.8, and a 128gb SSD.

I'd like to uninstall iMovie and iPhoto because they're very large apps (+1gb!) and I find 3rd-party apps which are better suited to me.

I have no OSX install disc.

In the future, can I completely re-install iMovie and iPhoto from the App Store?

Do I have to pay for these apps again when I do that? How do I make sure?

If they show up in the Purchases section of the App Store, you can reinstall them later.

If they came preinstalled, you may need to attach them to your Apple ID first.

WORKS

I clicked "Accept" for these apps in the App Store "Purchases" area.

Then, as a test, I delete iMovie from my system then returned to the App Store and re-downloaded it. It re-installed fine, woohoo!
