Is it possible to un-install Windows to recover the hard drive capacity? If so, how is it done?

Once I have used Bootcamp to run the Windows OS, can I un-install Windows from my Mac Book Air to recover the drive capacity? If so, how is it done?

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), May have Mountain Lion; can't tell

There is only one correct way. Use Bootcamp Assistant and select the menu item to remove Windows and return your hard drive to a single OSx partition. Do not use Disk Utility.
