I just recieved my iPad and I won't be able to open it until after classes tonight. But on the back of the box it says iTues 11 or later required to sync. But apple has not released iTuness 11 for the Mac or PC yet. Will it still sync with the latest iTunes I have right now?

I've seen a couple of posts elsewhere on the web about this - apparently it syncs fine with 10.7. You should be good to go.

I can tell you from personal experience the iPad 4 syncs fine with iTunes 10.7. I do it daily.
But the WiFi + Cellular version (which I do not have) may require a higher version of iTunes. I don't know. Mine is WiFi only.
Any iDevice .... iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch ... That is running iOS 6 will sync with iTunes version 10.7. As you stated, iTunes 11 is not even out yet.
