Lost documents after switching me.com login to iTunes login
Hello, recently I switched my me.com login to my itunes and App Store login and it seems that I've lost documents in iCloud. Could someone giving me a hint what to do? Thanks...
An icloud account has one Apple ID associated with it. It you deleted the icloud acocunt in Settings and entered a different ID, then you are now using a different icloud account and can no longer access the documents stored in the first account. Just delete the icoud account (for iOS devices, Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete, similarly on a mac or whatever a PC uses). Then reconnect using the original ID. All your data on the first account will return.
