iCloud purchased Apps
How can I permanately remove "purchased" apps from my iCloud? I no longer have any
Desire to use these apps and would like them off of my iCloud

You can remove them, but you can hide them. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919. If you're running iOS 6 you'll have to do this using iTunes on your computer.
