Q: I am unable to burn more than one photo to a blank CD.

Can somebody let me know what is the best way to copy photos from iphoto.  I am currently having problems burning photos to a blank CD.

    Hi Maria, are you burning one at a time maybe?

     

    Never use iPhoto myself, but when a blank CD shows up on the desktop, assuming you don't have iPhoto or such set to handle blanks, then drag many photos to the CD /Burn icon on the Desktop.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.  I managed to copy the photos from iphoto to a subfolder and then I exported them to a blank CD, which was succesful.

     

    Please can you tell me what is the best disk to use for photos; cd or dvd.

    Depends on what you want them for. For straight transfer of the data (in this case photos)  either will do. If you are making a slide show you should use a DVD.

     

    Most recommended brands of DVD-R are Verbatim, Maxell, Fuji and Taiyo Yuden.
