When the cursor lies in a body of text, Ctrl + A selects all the text, or if an image is highlighted, Ctrl + A selects all the images. How do I select all the content of a document?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
The images have to be inline, part of the text, so cut and paste them into the text first.
Otherwise you'll have to pick them off separately. Command shift clicking on them will add them to your selection.
