iCloud.com Mail
How is it that when accessing my mail thru iCloud.com that it does not reflect whats on my iPad. For instance, the viewed and deleted messages are not indicated on the iCloud.com?

If you have deleted messages on your iPad and your mail settings store deleted messages locally on the ipad, then they will not be on icloud.
