My apple id on the iPad is stuck with my old email address in spite of updating it online, and syncing the iPad . I cannot buy any apps, as the email address is fixed and it won't accept my password. How can I change it?
go to settings/itunes and app stores and sign out
reboot ipad by pressing and holding the home and sleep/wake buttons at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
go to settings/itunes and app stores and then sign in with new credentials.
