way those it take so long for my Mini and Sansung monitor too open?
In the begning it's a black screen, than it takes more than 30 seconds to open and while opening then things start to blink.

30 secons it's normal, maybe because you are running OS in the 5400RPM HD, but the blinking as BDAqua says , seems to be a problem with HDMI Video Driver on OSX on the new mac mini 2012, we're waiting for a response from Apple about this. since the Minis have arrived in less than a month ago.
Some users report that DVI adapter works well, but my monitor or tv only supports HDMI input =''(
