No power after reconnecting cables to logic board.

After reconnecting all cables to the logic board, there seems to be no power. Battery is good. MagSafe is good. Logic board is good. No liquid damage, no drops, RAM is good. All I did was unhook the cables and then reconnect them. Logic board was never completely out. What am I missing?
