I have just completed the process for getting my sons 2 week old iPod touch 5g that succumbed to a destroyed screen following a single accidental drop to a carpeted floor. I have to say that the durability of this 5th gen iPod touch is non-existent - but that is not my issue.
After entering my credit card details against the quote of £126 to get the unit repaired I was reliably informed that the replacement device would be sent out 7 days after receipt of the damaged one however the returns address is not to be found anywhere on the screen nor on the accompanying email.
So Apple UK where do I send my broken device back to for repair?????
