I have a ipod touch3 and some of the apps will not install, they tell me "update Required this app requ ires iOS4.3" how do I update.

Please verify your model number from the back. If it is A1288, it is really a 2nd gen and can not be upgraded beyond iOS 4.2.1.
The Model no is,MB528BT, can this be up dated if so how.
