My iPhone 5 is not recognizing my Plantronic Explorer 232 so I can pair it

I have successfully paired my phone to two Bluetooth Devices. I have not been able to get my phone to recognize a third. My iPhone 5 will not recognize Device: Plantronic Explorer 232 so that I can pair it. I had no problem pairing it when I was using my iphone 4.
