I want to upgrade my hard drive and saw this one on Amazon. Western Digital WD Scorpio Black 750 GB SATA 3 GB/s 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache Internal Bulk/OEM 2.5-Inch Mobile Hard Drive. Can anyone tell me if this will work ok with my setup.

I do not think that anyone can give you 100% guarantee that it will work.
The specs look OK and you should not have a problem with it.
Obviously it is safer to buy such parts directly from Apple.
