How do you change your payment method to none?

My credit card was stolen so i disabled it. When i go back on my itunes account and try to download a free app it says i have to confirm the payment method. Since my credit card was stolen i dont want a payment method but i so not see a none option. I even bought a $15 giftcard to itunes but i still did not see a none option. I do not want to buy another gift card is there any other way to have no payment method without making a new account?
