wake up from sleap New MacMini fusion

I encounter a problem with my new Mac mini 2012 core i7 2,3GHz bought 1 weeks ago via internet store.

When the computer is desactivated, the wake up switch off the computer !

This happens systematically either when I touch any key on the keyboard or when I touch the mouse.

It is responding to wacke up tuch only in first 15 minutes. I haw to hold start baton to walcke him up (reset and start).

It is workong diferent then my Mc Mini I replaced for USB 3.0 reason.

Is it a hardware or a software problem ?

Can I downgrade Lion, I dont like change. I dont using another devices.

Alco speker batons on keybord are not working on new mini (F10,11,12).

Open console in Applications>Utilities, check the system log for the date/time of the last problem & the Startup right after that for clues.

mdworker is Spotlight, for now I'd add every drive to System Preferences>Spotlight>Privavy Pane, reboot & See if you still have the problem.

It is not working. Some time wacke up with taching kayboards another time not. Depressing.

I managed to "Comand-R" and reinstall the entire OS. It worked right for one week. Now I have the same problem. This morning I found the Mini hot and not waking up from sleep. I have to restart it all over again. This is a new Mac Mini and this experience is very troubling and disconcerting.

It does seem to have problems, take it in for repair or replacement.
