I have an iPhone 4s, after updating the phone to ISP 6 my wifi on/off is a dim grey colour and I can not switch on wifi, I have tried restor, reset network settings and updated to ISP 6.0.1 wifi will not work. This is VRF frustrating can anyone help

Since updating my iPhone 4s to ISo 6 my wifi setting is a pale grey and can not be turned on. Have tried restore, reset network settings and updated to ISP 6.0.1, anyone have any suggestions as this is really frustrating.
