I can log in but I can't run applications on iCloud

I can successfully login to iCloud, but then I can't use any of the applications. Whatever I try to run comes back with "There was a problem loading the application." Also, when i click on my name it displays my account information and my apple ID has my iCloud email address in it, not my normal Apple ID. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
