Q: If I have a digital copy of a movie that came with the Blu-Ray will the digital copy be full HD, 1080?

I bought the Toy Story 4 disc Blu Ray so it came with the DVD, Blu-Ray and digital copy. I downloaded the digital copy but it didn't come in full 1080 HD. Can I get the digital copy in Full 1080 HD?
